Scroll down and search for IDMGCExt.crx file.

Once you’ve located the IDMGCExt.crx file, drag the file from Internet Download Manager folder to Opera Extensions. Close the Internet Download Manager folder. Please go back to Opera Extensions. A message will appear that says this extension IDM Integration Module was added from outside the official add-ons website. Click on Install button to provide the permission and confirm the installation.

Please wait for Internet Download Manager extension to install. If you want to use IDM Integration Module in Incognito mode, please open the Extensions page and turn on Allow in incognito checkbox for IDM Integration Module extension. Close that tab and return to Opera Extensions. Please go to IDM Integration Module, and then check the box next to Allow in private mode.
