If you want to use IDM Integration Module in Incognito mode, please open the Extensions page and turn on Allow in incognito checkbox for IDM Integration Module extension. Close that tab and return to Opera Extensions. Please go to IDM Integration Module, and then check the box next to Allow in private mode.
